Nederlands Theater Festival 2024
Nederlands Theater Festival is the biggest celebration of Dutch and Flemish theatre in the Netherlands, lasting for eleven days and offering an extensive program for the general public, youth and professionals.
Every year since 2018, we revisit the visual identity and campaign concept that we designed back then, giving it a fresh twist that brings excitement around the revealing of the festival program.
Continuing the slogan introduced in 2023,’zie het, hoor het, beleef het’ (see it, hear it, experience it), our campaign invites viewers into the immersive world of theatre. The campaign's hypnotic visuals, presented through various forms and animations, embody the slogan's essence.
We begin with the Officiële Juryselectie, a trailer showcasing the year's best performances and forming the festival's core program.
Expanding from the key visual, the campaign identity manifests across multiple formats and content. From digital screens highlighting individual festival items to physical elements used in theatre and venue design, the event branding is present in the entire event.
Beyond out-of-home and festival locations, social media plays a crucial role in amplifying the festival's branded communication.
The visual identity culminates at the Gala, the festival's climax. This event recognises the best performances and performers of the year, providing a fitting showcase for our campaign's impact.
