ITS Festival On Tour

Every year, ITS Festival presents a long list of graduation projects by students from different theatre, dance and performance academies. But 2020 hasn't been a normal year for ITS Festival either, so the team had to reconsider the format of the festival, turning it from a single-venue event, into a tour throughout the Netherlands.

For the campaign image and its different adaptations announcing the event, we drew the route that the festival would follow on the map, and abstracted it into an almost-imaginary map where the way from A to B is never straight (just like the creative process of the students and the bumpy 2020), and where borders and information are intertwined.
